Welcome back. Day Five is just about done and I had good energy ALL day long. I had the same breakfast as the last two days and took the MORNING pills that come in the pack of The 7-Day Healthy Cleanse by Shaklee. LOTS of Filtered water with those pills and my regular supplements. Yes, still just ONE cup of coffe… down from sometimes four or five cups a day. Amazingly I am having NO withdrawal symptoms or headaches!
Throughout the day I constantly snacked on sliced apples, carrot sticks, broccoli and cauliflower and MORE Cold Filtered water. By mid-morning nature called and I am pleased to report that things are getting back to more nearly normal shape and color. Hope that’s not “too much information” for anybody but the purpose of blogging throughout the Cleanse was to share how I have been effected by the cleanse and since a major thing that happens during a cleanse is your personal “sewer system” gets cleaned out… I’m reporting on that as well.
My evening meal will once again be a large salad seasoned with oil and vinegar with Cold Filtered water followed by the NIGHT pills from the 7-Day Healthy Cleanse by Shaklee.
“I had hoped that I could report success with having slept all the way through last evening but I believe I was still consuming LOTS of water too late in the evening and that feeling that tells you… “either go now or you’ll soon swim to the bathroom” came over me and that was my wake-up during the night. It was certainly NOT from nerves, sleeplessness, wrestlesness or anything else.
That’s all I have to report this evening.
