The first and most important part of planning is to fully realize what a plan is.

The word PLAN is a word we use many times throughout the course of a day and yet so few people really ever stop to think about what a plan is or how to create one.

These are some of the FIRST words in a great little eBook that I discovered recently.

The title is Planning Backwards and it’s written by a very successful Life and Business Development coach, J.Sewell Perkins.

Her concept is that if you want to do something… you should first see it as a completed task and then work backwards in your mind through the steps it will take to get to that point… then, as NIKE says… “Just Do It!”
