It’s T/E Tuesday & the T/E Ranks are posted once again

Good morning all. Yes it’s another Tuesday and the latest Traffic Exchange Rankings are posted at my Surfing Page. You’ll note that HitsBoosterPro.com jumped back into the list in a big way, jumping all the way up to #6 after being off the list for a short time.

Take a look and surf YOUR favorite sites. If your favorite T/E is NOT on the list, put a team together and surf like crazy until you get it there. Building a team and all of you surfing together is a REALLY neat way to be effective in making a change in the T/E world! Get yourself recognized. Brand yourself and your team. Just do it!

Top Ten Traffic Exchanges shuffled again!

It’s Tuesday again and the Top Ten rankings from Traffic Hoopla are posted. You’ll see that most of the T/E’s in the Top Ten are the same… they’re just in different positions (well, some of them are…)

It seems like Tony Tezak has figured out how to keep Tezak Traffic Power out in First Place again! He had been hanging in there as #2 for a long time and now that he’s #1… Keep on clicking away and winning all the prizes he’s offering! You have been winning there, haven’t you? I certainly have!

As for the rest of the mix, I’m somewhat excited about the way TRAFFICAdBar sends me an email that I can click the links in to win credits. You get those emails and click the links, Don’t you??? It’s a great way and somewhat unique to my way of thinking…. and it’s not boring or overly repetitive. The only part I do not like is having to click a button on the screen to make the old page go away… I find that annoying.

The Latest Traffic Exchange Rankings are Posted

The statistics have been collected and the numbers were crunched and look who came out on top again! Tony and the team over at Tezak Traffic Power are really working hard to stay in that number one position and so far… it seems to be working.

Have you surfed yet today? If not, now would be a good time to take a break and surf some or all of the top ten to get and keep your advertisements in front of lots of people who are obviously looking for what you may have! Go show off your stuff… by surfing the top exchanges and then assign all your credits for your pages, your banners and text ads!

While you’re at it, make sure to check out the newest additions to the downline builders in the various exchanges you’re members of and add your I/D number or username so that you’ll add to YOUR downline when people surf and see your ads and join.

Don’t you just love getting emails from the T/E owners that tell you about those new members who just signed up in YOUR downline? I certainly do…

Make sure to send a quick email to your new team members and offer them assistance if they need it to get started in a new T/E. Feel free to share tips and tricks you know that work well there.

However… do not make the mistake of blasting them with ads to join your latest deal. That’s the fastest way to run them off and label yourself as a complete idiot!

Network Marketing… THE Business of the 21st Century

In these days of seriously demanding financial times for so many people, I find that there are so many who are looking like crazy for something to do to fix THEIR economy and saying to heck with WORLD’s economy…

It’s obvious that we, as individuals, can’t fix the world’s economy so the only option is to fix OUR economy the best we can… and since you can only work so many hours in a job…. and who’s job is really secure anymore… we find ourselves looking for additional ways to create “other” income sources to improve OUR economy.

One of the simplest ways is to employ a proven method of creating an income stream is with Network Marketing. You don’t have to re-invent the wheel. The system is already laid out for you. There are leaders who will guide you along and teach you each step you need to take to succeed and if you don’t find that leader who will do that… BEWARE! When you find your leader, latch on tightly and go for the gusto! Give it all you’ve got. Learn all you can. Get in with the leaders. Go to meetings. Go to conventions. Take YOUR team with you. Become the leader THEY look up to.

The greatest tip that I ever had shared with me is that to succeed in Network Marketing… I had to be willing to work harder for those who I introduced to the business than they did… so they would begin to succeed. Why? Because I would not succeed unless THEY did! That’s why it’s so important to learn the system and then TEACH the system. HOW TO CREATE AN EFFECTIVE PLAN

The first and most important part of planning is to fully realize what a plan is.

The word PLAN is a word we use many times throughout the course of a day and yet so few people really ever stop to think about what a plan is or how to create one.

These are some of the FIRST words in a great little eBook that I discovered recently.

The title is Planning Backwards and it’s written by a very successful Life and Business Development coach, J.Sewell Perkins.

Her concept is that if you want to do something… you should first see it as a completed task and then work backwards in your mind through the steps it will take to get to that point… then, as NIKE says… “Just Do It!”

When it seems like your goal is impossible, stretch yourself to reach it!

We’ve all heard stories, lessons, seminars and maybe you’ve heard more regarding goal setting. Hopefully you have written goals? Goals that inspire you to do what it takes to get you where you want to go in life. You do have written Goals, don’t you?

This short post is not about goal setting or planning. It’s simply about setting and reaching your goals… no matter what it takes.

In the past I’ve done some part time work in retail and I actually set goals for myself to accomplish on each shift. When I was recognized for a particular sales achievement I was asked how I managed to repeatedly achieve these particular results. My response was that I managed to do that by setting GOALS to always sell “X” number of certain items or combinations thereof on each shift. That response resulted in lots of questions as to how goal setting helped me to do that.

My reply was simple. Goal setting gave me something SPECIFIC to shoot for and then I got busy and put my best foot forward to make it happen. Sometimes, when customer flow was slower, I really had to stretch to reach my goals and sometimes that mark was not reached. However, if there was no GOAL to reach, sales would slump and any bonus I’d expected from the pool would decrease.

So, Goal setting isn’t just for getting a Big House, a Fancy Car or to earn a Million Dollars in the next few months or years. Goals can work in your everyday life and when you implement and use Goals on a regular basis to get you where you REALLY want to go in life you’ll find that you can get there MUCH faster! It might just get YOU recognized for doing what you’re PAID to do! Now wouldn’t that be sweet?

This is not to say that Goal Setting (and Gold Maintenance) shouldn’t be a VERY important part of getting to where you want to go in life. To learn some really great tips on Goal Setting, spend a few minutes watching and listening to one of my favorite mentors on this subject. Click HERE

Getting into the habit of posting regularly takes commitment

Getting into the habit of posting regularly takes cormmitment and it takes really wanting what you can gain by becoming a “regular” on the blogging scene. As you can see by the irregular spacing of my posts, I’m not as regular as many of the bloggers who post regularly ?

Does that make me a “slacker?” Hopefully not! It’s just that life gets in the way and at the end of the day when there’s a choice of getting some sleep or doing the post I know I “should” make… sometimes the bed wins.

So how do you (or I) overcome the urge to rush off to dreamland and instead make that post that gets us one step closer to our goal of whatever we ultimately desire?

Nike came up with what I call the ULTIMATE one liner and that’s the attitude I have to take to get the job done. That One Liner? “Just Do It!”

So, here it is at 20 minutes after one in the morning and I’m sitting here hoping to come up with something inspiring and worthy of being read by someone who can and will relate to what I’m saying here. If that happens to be YOU… I’ll only ask you this: “How much longer do YOU want to put up with getting up early, getting dressed in clothes that aren’t paid for yet, driving to work in a car that’s not paid for either… to a job that you hate but you have to keep so you can pay for the clothes and the car that you don’t own and so you can live in the house you don’t own and leave empty all day long so you can pay for it… someday, maybe???

Do you see why I’m still up at this hour of the morning? I could be sleeping you know… Instead I’m hoping some of you will see that you’re not alone. You know… we can overcome! There’s hope yet… and there’s a team that we can all work in and through to beat defeat.
